    AI consultant in Kingman, Arizona

    By Wylie Stevens, RN

AI Peak Biz is based in Kingman, Arizona. I am Wylie Stevens, a registered nurse with 20 years in healthcare, and I run AI audits for local service businesses. I work with owners here in Mohave County, across Arizona, and around the country.

Kingman is the county seat of Mohave County, on Interstate 40 and Historic Route 66. Many businesses here serve customers spread over long distances, from town to Golden Valley and out toward Bullhead City and Lake Havasu City. When a plumber or HVAC tech spends a long time driving between jobs, a missed call or a lost estimate costs more. The same is true for a small medical or dental office with a lean front desk.

What I do for Kingman businesses

The AI Peak Audit is a close look at how work moves through your business, done before you spend money on AI tools. I interview you and your team, map how jobs move from first call to final invoice, and give you a ranked road map of what to fix first.

It is the same audit I run for businesses in other states. The difference for local owners is that we can meet in person when it helps. On-site days are quoted separately. Most interviews work well by video or phone.

Common leaks for service businesses in the area

    • Calls while you are on the road. Long drives between jobs mean the owner or tech often cannot answer.
    • Summer demand for cooling. Heat brings a rush of urgent HVAC calls, and the office has to sort them fast.
    • Estimates that sit. An estimate sent from the truck can be forgotten when the next job starts.
    • Small front desks. Offices with one or two people at the desk do many jobs at once, and the phone competes with the patient or customer in front of them.
    • Customers who move between towns. Records and follow-up get harder when customers are spread across the county.

    Industries I work with

I focus on local service businesses. Each of these pages explains what the audit looks at in that trade:

For a general overview, see what an AI audit covers.

    How the audit works

    1. Interviews. I talk with you for about an hour, then with key team members for 30 to 45 minutes each. For local businesses, interviews can happen in person or by video.
    2. Process map. I map how work moves across getting customers, doing the work, and keeping customers, on one page. The map shows where work falls through the cracks.
    3. Road map. You get a written report, an opportunity matrix that ranks each finding by impact and effort, an ROI table built from your own wages and hours, and a phased 90-day road map. We walk through it on a debrief call.

The audit runs five to seven days from the first interview to the debrief call.

    Pricing

Prices are the same for local and out-of-state businesses. Audit prices are published and based on how many people I interview:

    • Solo: $2,500. Teams of 2 to 3, up to 2 interviews.
    • Team: $5,000. Teams of 4 to 10, up to 5 interviews.
    • Organization: $10,000. Teams of 11 or more, up to 10 interviews.

Additional interviews are $1,000 each. On-site days are quoted separately. See audit pricing.

Software comes only if your road map calls for it. The site lists four plans: AI Website $197/month (a done-for-you site built from your Google Business Profile), Base Camp $297/month (website, CRM, chat, calendar and inbox), Ascent $397/month (adds an AI voice agent that answers and books calls), and Summit $597/month (adds reputation management, review requests, missed call text back and reactivation campaigns). You do not need a plan to buy the audit.

    Local resources worth knowing

If you are just starting to plan, two local groups can help. The Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce runs networking and business events. The Mohave College Small Business Development Center offers no-cost, confidential business counseling. Neither group endorses AI Peak Biz. They are simply good places for local owners to start.
